All About Brown Service Company’s Customer Appreciation Program
Here at Brown Service Company, we have built our name and reputation by providing top-quality heating and air conditioning repairs and maintenance services to our customers for over 60 years and counting. Your loyalty and trust has allowed us to become the company that we are today, and we are sincerely thankful for each and every one of you! As a way of expressing our continued gratitude, we have developed a Customer Appreciation Program that can help our Service Agreement Customers save money.
Our Program of Customer Appreciation is completely free, we will never sell your personal information to anyone, and you can start earning points immediately following your Service Agreement renewal or purchase. Here is how it works:
- Brown Service Company will track your out-of-pocket expenses for heating, air conditioning, or electrical service and repairs (major installations and equipment excluded)
- Each dollar spent equals one reward point
- Earn a 5% credit on each reward point
- Credits can be applied toward future Brown’s purchases or Service Agreement renewals
- You never have to lose your credits
One of the best parts of Brown’s program is that you don’t have to do a thing to take advantage of it—we handle everything for you. Reward points are automatically generated whenever we perform your covered repair or service request. We will create a special Program account for customer appreciation on your behalf, and issue you a personal program card.
This program is only available to our Service Agreement customers. If you don’t yet have a service agreement, sign up for one and the cost of the agreement purchase will also count toward your rewards. All points must be used within one year of your Service Agreement renewal date, but you will never forfeit them—any unused points can simply be applied to the cost of your next service agreement renewal.
