Having been in business since 1952, when
Marvin Brown opened the doors of Brown Service Company, his primary
focus was to be, AND to offer, the very best in customer support and
service! He continued the building process one technician at a time,
formulating this fundamental idea into the mind of each employee as they
came on board to represent Brown Service Company.
As the company
continued to expand, Mr. Brown relocated the business to North Richland
Hills, ultimately securing the presence of Brown Service Company in the
Mid-Cities area, in addition to its Fort Worth/Tarrant County customer
base.
In 1977, following
several years of his father's mentoring
and
on-the-job training, Jim Brown took over the day-to-day operation and
ultimate ownership of Brown Service Company. He continued the vision
established by his father and to this day continues to strive for
perfection when it comes to service and customer support.
Surrounded by
managers, technicians and a customer support team that shares his same
ideals, and, as a result of Jim Brown's continued vision and leadership,
Brown Service Company has grown to become a leader in the H.V.A.C and
electrical industry and is often considered a model for newly
established companies.
